Step-by-step cooking
I don't know if a cake can be called a meal? Rather, it is a pleasure than a meal. The culinary recipe for a specific Hawaiian cake is called "upside down". Because we bake it upside down, and then turn it over.
Mix butter with sugar. We rub it well so that the sugar, if possible, dissolves. Add the beaten egg, baking powder and flour in parts, gradually diluting with milk. We also shift the banana puree there. At the bottom of the mold or pan, melt the butter and sprinkle it with brown sugar, let the sugar dissolve. The diameter of the pan should be at least 20 cm. Put sliced pineapple slices and chopped nuts on the butter with dissolved sugar. Pour the dough on top and bake in a hot oven for twenty to thirty minutes. To check if the cake is baked, stick a wooden toothpick into it. If the dough does not stick to it, then everything is ready.
