How to cook lamb with mint and oregano, I read in one of the magazines, and he interested me. You can also easily cook it. This culinary recipe refers to English cuisine. It is suitable both for a dinner party and for everyday cooking. With the addition of mint and oregano, the meat turns out very fragrant and juicy.
Let's start our cooking with a marinade; for this we need to mix the juice of 1 lemon (3 tablespoons) with olive oil, I recommend taking olive oil first cold pressed, add one clove of crushed or squeezed garlic through a garlic press. Then we put one tablespoon of fresh chopped or dry mint in our marinade and add chopped fresh or dry oregano (oregano ordinary). Mix everything, salt, pepper to taste. You can also add more different spices, this is for an amateur. Fill our lamb with marinade and put it in the refrigerator. I recommend a pickling time of at least 8 hours.
Marinated lamb is baked in the oven for about an hour, at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Lamb with mint and oregano can be served to guests on large lettuce leaves, garnished with fresh mint leaves, both cold and hot.
