Cooking method
More and more often in my kitchen I cook food that can hardly be called ordinary. For some reason, many housewives are afraid to trust new unfamiliar recipes. I want to assure you that there is nothing wrong with this. On the contrary, your family will be very pleased with the dish of another country. I use recipes very often, for example, American cuisine. And I would be pleased to help you create an American atmosphere on your table. Therefore, today I will tell you the recipe for making a salad with tuna and grapes.
1. Grate lemon zest on a fine grater.
2. Put the tuna on a piece of parchment folded in half for baking. Sprinkle the fish with lemon zest on top. Fold the paper into an envelope so that the juice does not leak out. Bake the fish in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
3. Disassemble the finished fish into small pieces, removing the bones.
4. Fry walnuts in a dry frying pan. Then cool and chop with a knife.
5. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds (if any).
5. Put grapes, fish, walnuts in a salad bowl.
6. Season the salad with yogurt and mix.
