To bake lavash, the basis of Azerbaijani cuisine, you first need to prepare the dough. To do this, take the flour of the highest grade, carefully sift it through a sieve. Add salt.
Put the dough on a lightly floured table and knead for about 10 minutes, gradually adding water to make the dough smooth. Moreover, for pita bread, the dough should turn out cool. Then sprinkle the table with flour again, take a rolling pin and roll out the dough so that the result is a very thin cake. Put this cake on a baking sheet, which must first be sprinkled with flour. Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the pita bread for 5-10 minutes until it turns golden. Lean lavash should be served on the table slightly cooled, in addition to hot dishes and snacks.
