Every nation has its own recipes for casseroles, the only difference is in the ingredient and the method of cooking. For this casserole from Australian cuisine, we do not need a lot of products. All we need for this recipe is tomatoes, onions, cheese, zucchini, vegetable oil. Pour sunflower or olive oil into a frying pan and put it on the stove. Peel the onion and chop it into half rings, and when the frying pan warms up, put the onion there and fry until golden brown. When the onion is completely fried, add salt and oregano. Then add marjoram and allspice. We wash tomatoes and zucchini under running water. After that, we cut tomatoes into slices, and zucchini into thin circles. The finished onion is carefully laid out on a baking sheet. We put zucchini on top, salt, pepper, and put tomatoes on top of zucchini and again salt and pepper. We rub the hard cheese through a grater and put it on the casserole with a pea. Preheat the oven and bake the casserole. Vegetable casserole is a food that is cooked very quickly, I cook it in half an hour.
