To start, let's prepare the filling. Cut the onion into small cubes and send it to a frying pan heated with vegetable oil. We separate the caps from the legs of the champignons, chop the legs finely and send them to the onion. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes (so that the chicken fillet is easily diced, it can be slightly frozen) and also send it to the pan, fry the filling until the fillet is ready. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste, add grated cheese and cream, warm everything over low heat for about 1 minute and turn off the fire, our filling is ready. Let the filling cool down a little and stuff the mushrooms. In the filling, we make a small recess and drive a quail egg into it. It is easier to do this if the egg is first broken into a glass and already poured into the mushroom from it. Bake our mushrooms stuffed with chicken in a preheated oven at 180-200C for about 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!
