Cooking method
Vegetables are washed and cleaned, three on a coarse grater.
Mix with egg and flour, pour seasoning, if necessary, salt. I took 3 tablespoons without a hill of seasoning for minced meat. There is already salt there, so I didn't salt it separately.
Transfer to a mold and bake for about 40 minutes at 180-190 degrees. I baked in a silicone mold, so I didn't lubricate it with oil, I can't say about metal and other forms.
Remove from the oven and wait until it cools down. Only then we take it out of the mold: then it will "grab" better.
The casserole looks dry from the outside, but soft and tender inside.
By the way: if someone from losing weight is afraid to eat potatoes, it's in vain. It contains starch, which gives a long feeling of satiety. They do not get fat from potatoes by themselves, but if they eat it in incredible quantities (so you can get fat from anything at all) and fried or with fatty sauces! So for lunch it is quite possible to afford a little :)
