Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Products
Step 2:
Take the chicken breast, wash it and dry it with a paper towel. And now cut one half of the breast along the fibers, without cutting to the end, so that you get the shape of an open book. You can beat off the meat, the chicken roll will be more tender. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste and leave to soak. At this time, you can prepare the filling.
Step 3:
In the original recipe, the classic combination of fried mushrooms with onions and cheese grated on a fine grater. Mix the cheese with the mushrooms fried with onions and wrap this filling in the prepared chicken breast. If you are confused by the strength of this "inversion ", then it can be fixed with toothpicks. I have mushrooms with tomatoes - I decided to try it with this taste.
Step 4:
And now roll the raw chicken rolls in flour, then in raw egg and fry in vegetable oil on all sides. Fried chicken rolls I put in a bowl (bowl, saucepan, cauldron) and add a little about 50 ml of white wine mixed with 50 ml of water. Cover with a lid and steam for 10 minutes on low heat.
Step 5:
The finished dish turns out very juicy and fragrant. I serve it hot on the table until the cheese is frozen, but it already depends on your taste preferences. Before serving, do not forget to remove the toothpicks from the dish. Enjoy your meal.
