Let's start with the preparation of bacon or pocherevka. Cut the pocherevok into thin plates, the size of which will depend on the size of the potatoes. It will taste better if it is smoked. And if raw, you can lightly fry it in vegetable oil, rather just warm it up. Take medium-sized potatoes, preferably all the potatoes are about the same. Wash them well. The skin does not need to be cleaned. Cut the potatoes lengthwise, but not to the end, so that the halves remain connected. Rub the potatoes inside with salt. From the outside, you can make a pattern on potatoes: stripes, lozenges, etc. Dip the potatoes in vegetable oil or brush with a brush and insert a piece of pocherevka into the middle of the potatoes. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and send them to bake in the oven. After about 40 minutes, the potatoes baked in the oven will be ready. It can be put on green lettuce leaves. Beautiful and very tasty .
