We defrost the fish on the lowest shelf of the refrigerator. Be sure to wash, dry with a towel. To begin with, the fillet needs to be marinated. The marinade is the simplest: mix dry wine with vegetable oil, finely chop the washed greens and add them to the marinade (one tablespoon is enough). We prepare lemon juice ourselves: you can insert a fork into half a lemon and turn it. We collect the juice in a cup and pour it into the marinade. Salt and pepper the mixture. It is necessary to keep the fish in the marinade for 30 minutes. Use enameled or glass dishes for the marinade.
Peel the apples and seeds, cut into six pieces each and bake in a preheated oven on a baking sheet for a couple of minutes.
