To start, pierce the potatoes with a fork, now put the potatoes in a preheated oven and bake over medium heat, sometimes turning over until the potatoes are ready. While our potatoes are baking, we will prepare the filling. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan for 3 minutes on medium heat, remove the meat, increase the heat, put broccoli in the pan, pour water, cover and simmer until tender, 4-5 minutes. We add ready-made broccoli to our meat. Carefully cut out a third of the potatoes, making a recess for the filling. The cut potatoes are finely chopped and left for the filling. Now you can stuff the potatoes with our stuffing. First we put the grated cheese half of the specified norm, sour cream, salt and pepper, at the end we add minced meat with broccoli, sprinkle on top with chopped potatoes mixed with the remaining cheese. Potatoes with stuffing are baked again in the oven until golden brown. You can change the composition of the filling to your liking!
