French-style meat with pineapples and potatoes in the oven

The combination of meat and pineapples makes the dish juicy and very tender! French-style meat is definitely one of the most beloved and revered dishes on the festive table. To date, many ways of cooking this dish have already been invented. I want to share my culinary recipe of meat in French with mushrooms and pineapples. The classic recipe uses pork, I have chicken, just because we love it more. :-)

I use chicken, but you can take any meat at all. The main thing is to cut it a few hours before you are going to cook. Chop and marinate in spices and mayonnaise, only then the meat will melt in your mouth.
More about the preparation itself. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings, put it in a baking tray. The more onions, the juicier the dish. Potatoes are cleaned and cut into circles, the circles should be large in diameter, but about 3 mm thick. We put half of it on the onion. The next layer is our pickled meat. The next layer is finely chopped mushrooms (I used champignons). We put the remaining potatoes on top, salt, pepper, pour mayonnaise and send the baking sheet to the oven for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, we take out a baking sheet and put pineapples on the already toasted potatoes. Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese on top. We return it back to the oven for another 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes we take it out and enjoy the most delicious food on earth :)
