Very tasty and fluffy buns for breakfast. It can be served with tea with or without cheese.

    Bring the water to a boil, gently pour in the soda and reduce the heat. Carefully, one by one, we put them in a saucepan for 30-40 seconds, they should increase in volume, during this time you can turn them over a couple of times.

    Remove from the pan, let the water drain, cover the baking sheet and stack the bagels. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds, you can just use coarse salt. There is no need to lubricate anything.

    Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, if you make small buns, then 20 minutes, until golden brown.
