Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a hunting salad with pickles and smoked sausage? Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs in advance until tender. Grate potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cut the salami and cucumbers into cubes. If the salted mushrooms are large, cut into cubes.
Step 2:
Spread the salad in layers. Brush each layer with mayonnaise. Layer 1 - potatoes and mayonnaise.
Step 3:
Layer 2 - cucumbers and mayonnaise (very little mayonnaise).
Step 4:
Layer 3 - carrots and mayonnaise.
Step 5:
Layer 4 - mushrooms and mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Layer 5 - salami and mayonnaise.
Step 7:
Layer 6 - Eggs. I rub the white and yolk separately, but it's not so important :) Garnish with a sprig of greenery, let it brew and serve.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
The salad will look nice and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).
