Cooking method
1. The pie dough is made very easily and quickly! To do this, take 3 eggs and beat them with 100 grams of sugar, then add vanilla and 150 grams. flour and knead not thick dough.
2. We lubricate the split mold (I have a diameter of 22cm) with vegetable oil, spread our dough and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
3. We do not pull the finished cake out of the mold! While the cake is warm, we impregnate it with sweetened cherry juice or simple sweetened water.
4. Spread the cherries evenly on the soaked cake (you can replace them with strawberries or any of your other favorite berries).
5. Next, prepare the cream. To do this, beat 250 gr. of 33-35% fat cream with sugar, but not too much so that the cream does not become very dense! Add Mascarpone cheese and mix gently. We spread the resulting cream on the cherry and carefully level it.
6. Rub dark chocolate on a fine grater and sprinkle a good layer over the pie.
7. Put the pie in the refrigerator for 4-4.5 hours, preferably overnight! Then the cake will harden well and will not spread out!
8. Before serving, decorate to your taste and the cake is ready!
Have a nice tea party !!!
