You can prepare the filling first, although it depends on what kind of filling you have.
Add dry yeast to the sifted flour. Pour vegetable oil into warm water, add salt, sugar, stir. Combine both mixtures and stir, knead the dough. It is better to add flour in parts, because depending on the variety, it will take either less or more. The dough should be elastic and not sticky.
You need to divide it into equal parts according to the number of pies. Roll out each one, fill with filling and form pies. The filling can be any, I already wrote - sweet or unsweetened.
Put the formed pies on a baking sheet, greased with oil, let stand for 20 minutes, smear with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven 200C for 40 minutes.
