Step 1:
Go through the blue tea flowers, remove the green sepals, in the finished product they will be visible as green flakes, specks. If this does not spoil the appearance of the product for you, you can skip the step, the taste of "hay" does not affect.
Step 2:
Chop the flowers, vanilla sugar and sugar into powder. Of course, you can take a ready-made clitoris powder, but this way you will know for sure the composition of your "blue match".
Step 3:
Prepare all the dry ingredients in a high bowl: flour, baby dry mix, powdered sugar with clitoris, baking powder, vanilla sugar.
Step 4:
Beat with a mixer at low speed so that the mixture is thoroughly mixed.
Step 5:
Combine vegetable oil with eggs at room temperature.
Step 6:
Pour the cream and whisk into a homogeneous mass.
Step 7:
Combine the masses and mix thoroughly.
Step 8:
Pour the batter into the molds.
Step 9:
If you don't like blue "freckles" from the petals of the clitoris in the finished product, then prepare muffins with the clitoris in a "wet" way. Start by brewing the flowers of the clitoris with cream (milk, boiling water). Bring to a boil, boil for 3-5 minutes.
Step 10:
Pour blue latte or decoction of clitoris flowers into the butter with eggs through a sieve, whisk into a homogeneous mass.
Step 11:
Combine the liquid and dry mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven for about 180 g for about 30 minutes.

In silicone molds, the color of the clitoris remains more intense.

This recipe can be prepared in three ways: "dry", "wet" and mixed. For the "dry" method, the flowers of the clitoris are crushed with sugar into powder, i.e. the clitoris is an ingredient for the "dry group" of products. For the "wet" method, the clitoris is brewed with boiling water, or cream (milk), you can do it the day before in order to get the most intense color, in this case, the clitoris is an ingredient for the "liquid group". For the mixed method, you can simultaneously grind the flowers with sugar and use brewed anchovy. As a rule, the mixed method is especially good if the blue tea has stagnated in the "teapot" or the household did not like it.
