Cooking method
In a bowl, mix the butter with the egg.
Add water, flour, salt, knead the dough.
Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Finely chop onion, ham, mushrooms and broccoli.
Preheat the frying pan. Add the oil and fry the onion.
