    I put the finished dough on the table, sprinkled with flour. Lightly knead the dough, divide it into 2 parts.

    I roll out part of the dough into a rectangle, lay out part of the filling and distribute it over the entire surface, leaving the edges uncoated. I roll it into a roll.
