Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products for baking the roll.
Step 2:
I put 2 chicken eggs + 1 yolk, butter at room temperature, warm milk, sugar, yeast, flour and a pinch of salt into the mold.
Step 3:
I put it in the bread maker (the "dough" program).
Step 4:
I put the cherry with juice in a ladle, pour sugar and starch, put it on fire and bring the mass 5-7 minutes after boiling, so that the juice thickens, and the sourness remains from cherries.
Step 5:
I put the finished dough on the table, sprinkled with flour. Lightly knead the dough, divide it into 2 parts.
Step 6:
I roll out part of the dough into a rectangle, lay out part of the filling and distribute it over the entire surface, leaving the edges uncoated. I roll it into a roll.
Step 7:
I also form the second part of the test.
Step 8:
I form a tourniquet from two rolls. Twisting rolls.
Step 9:
In a form greased with butter, I spread the roll with a ring. I put it in a warm place to rise for 20-30 minutes.
Step 10:
Put in a preheated oven, up to 180 degrees, for baking for 40 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
Step 11:
I take the finished roll out of the oven, let it cool down a little and take it out of the mold.
Step 12:
While the roll is cooling down, I'm preparing a fondant for decoration. I break the chocolate into pieces, add butter and put it on heating.
Step 13:
I pour the whole roll with melted chocolate on top.
Step 14:
I whisk one protein into a foam, add powdered sugar, lemon juice and continue to whisk until thick peaks.
Step 15:
I decorate the chocolate-covered roll with whipped meringue on top, drawing a pattern to my taste.
Step 16:
I cut the finished roll into pieces and serve it to the table. Have a nice tea party!!!
Slightly moist dough, just melts in your mouth.
