Cooking method
With a mixer, beat the eggs with butter, vanilla sugar and sugar, until fluffy. Add flour with baking powder and mix gently with a spatula.
Pour the dough into a form (22 cm in diameter) greased with oil. Put the tangerine slices on top. If you take a larger form, you need to double the number of ingredients.
Bake for 30-40 minutes (depending on the oven) at 180 gr.
Prepare the glaze: mix powdered sugar with lemon juice.
Pour the glaze over the hot pie.
