Prepare the right ingredients

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

Add mayonnaise and stir.

Add salt and sifted flour.

Knead a smooth homogeneous dough. Leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
Step 6:
While the dough fits, finely chop the onion.
Step 7:
Peel and finely chop the potatoes.
Step 8:
Pour a small amount of oil into the pan and fry the onion and potatoes until golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mine is marble, it will give our pie a wonderful golden color.
Step 10:
Cut the sausages into circles.
Step 11:
When the dough fits and increases in volume, put it on a board sprinkled with flour. The dough is very tender, smooth. We will cut off a piece and put it aside, then we will make ears and a piglet. Roll out as thin as possible and prick with a fork so that it does not swell when baking.
Step 12:
I laid out the bottom of the mold with baking paper, put the dough on it.
Step 13:
Spread the sausages over the entire surface.
Step 14:
Top with potatoes and onions.
Step 15:
Then sprinkle generously with cheese.
Step 16:
Cut out the ears and a piglet from the remaining dough, spread it on the pie, make eyes from olives. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Step 17:
