Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Soften the butter in advance at room temperature.
Step 2:
Whisk sugar with 130 grams of butter
Step 3:
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well each time.
Step 4:
Pour milk, add flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa.
Step 5:
Whisk everything again.
Step 6:
Spread the finished dough into molds, filling them no more than 2/3 of the volume.
Step 7:
Cover the top with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
Step 8:
Remove the middle of the cooled cupcakes with a spoon and fill them with cream or any other filling. Any berry or fruit jam, boiled condensed milk or chocolate sauce will do. For the top, I used an oil cream. To do this, whisk the remaining butter with boiled condensed milk and drain the finished cream using a cooking bag. Decorate to taste. The chocolate cupcakes are ready. You can serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
