Cooking method
It's very simple. We wash and clean the champignons, cut out their legs. Finely chop the legs and fry in oil, add finely chopped spinach, salt and pepper. In the still hot filling, add cottage cheese (preferably fatty, homemade), cream cheese. We stuff the hats, sprinkle with grated cheese and put them in the oven until the cheese browns.
