Step 1:

Step 3:
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork so that there are no large lumps. Add sugar, salt, eggs - stir.
Step 4:
Add pumpkin to the curd - egg mass and stir thoroughly.
Step 5:
Pour semolina - stir. If the mass is too thin, add more semolina. It all depends on the juiciness of pumpkin and cottage cheese. IMPORTANT: - DO NOT leave the mass, otherwise the semolina will swell and the casserole will be too harsh.
Step 6:
Immediately distribute the mass into the mold and smooth it out a little. Bake until light golden brown. /In my oven for 50 minutes/ Readiness to check with a toothpick. Turn off the oven and let the casserole stand for a few minutes, then take it out and remove it from the mold after a while.
Step 7:
