Step 1:
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2:
Crumble the chocolate bar into small pieces. Pour the chocolate into a bag and put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
Step 3:
With a mixer, beat the egg with sugar.
Step 4:
Cut the softened margarine into pieces and add to the whipped mass. Stir with a spoon until smooth.
Step 5:
Pour half of the flour into the dough together with baking powder.
Step 6:
Add the chocolate and mix the mass.
Step 7:
Enter the remaining flour, knead a thick dough.
Step 8:
Divide the total lump of dough into 13-15 koloboks.
Step 9:
Grease the parchment sheet with oil and spread the balls on it, flatten a little on top.
Step 10:
Cookies are baked in the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 11:
Gently remove the cookies from the baking tray with a spatula and transfer to a plate. Serve with fragrant tea to the table. Bon appetit!
