Cooking method
Yeast dough can be bought ready-made in the store, or you can cook it yourself at home. If you chose the latter, then: pour the yeast with warm water (or milk), let it stand for 15-20 minutes, when the yeast has dispersed, mix them, add salt, sugar to taste (I add 1/3 tsp salt and 1/3 tsp sugar), olive oil, flour. Add the flour gradually until the dough becomes thick and strong. Knead it and leave it in a slightly warm place for an hour.
Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise and garlic (crushed or finely chopped).
Finely chop the boiled chicken breast, wash the mushrooms and cut into slices, rub the cheese on a medium grater.
When the dough is ready, roll it out immediately on a baking sheet, pre-sprinkled with flour, grease the dough with sauce, put the chicken, then the mushrooms, then sprinkle with cheese and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Bon appetit!
