Cooking method
1. Beat eggs with sugar.
2. Add cottage cheese, vegetable oil and mix.
3. Sift flour together with baking powder. If desired, you can add vanilla.
4. Send flour to eggs with cottage cheese.
4. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
5. After the time has elapsed, divide the dough into 3 parts.
6. Roll out each piece into a circle and cut into 8 triangles.
7. Put the filling, for example strawberry jam, you can make it without filling, just sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, roll up the bagels.
8. Place them on a greased baking sheet and brush with beaten egg yolk on top.
9. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 20-30 minutes.
