Lazy Kiev cutlets

Cook chicken breast cutlets on the grill quickly and simply! An easy recipe for cooking a delicious dish. Of course, these are not exactly cutlets, but that's why they are "lazy", that they cook very quickly, look like an original dish, and most importantly, they have excellent taste. These Kiev-style cutlets also look beautiful - you can quite serve them on a festive table.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Heat the oven to 180-200 C.
2. Divide the oil into two parts, cool one. Rub the bottom of the baking dish and chicken breasts with the second part of the oil.
3. Add salt to the breasts and cook on the grill for 15 minutes (until tender), turning over once during this time.
3. Mix breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, spices. Add the egg and the cooled butter. Use a fork to stir everything until smooth.
4. Remove the chicken from the grill and put a quarter of the butter with breadcrumbs on each breast. Return to the grill and cook for another 3-5 minutes before the breadcrumbs turn golden and the butter melts.

Serve well hot together with new potatoes, peas or beans.
