Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel the tangerine, divide into slices. If there is time, you can remove the film from the slices. We chop the chocolate not very finely
Step 2:
Beat eggs with sugar
Step 3:
Add cottage cheese, sour cream, oat flakes. Mix everything well.
Step 4:
Add chocolate, mix
Step 5:
We put it in molds or in a large form. I have silicone molds, no need to lubricate. Put a slice of tangerine on top of each mold
Step 6:
We put the molds in the container of a steamer, or a slow cooker, or in the oven. If in an aerogrill or microwave oven, then the dishes should be special. It is steamed for 15 minutes . In the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 gr. That's it!
Step 7:
Take out and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Bon appetit!
