Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes and cook in the microwave or bake in the oven. Cool and puree with a blender. If there is a ready-made pumpkin puree, then you can take it.
Step 2:
Beat eggs with a mixer.
Step 3:
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath.
Step 4:
Add honey, pumpkin puree and melted chocolate to the eggs. Punch everything well with a mixer. You can also add cinnamon and ginger.
Step 5:
Pour into molds and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Sometimes I bake in a cupcake mold. But then increase the baking time to 40 minutes. Dessert will first increase in volume, and then fall off. It is ok.
Step 6:
We take the molds out of the oven and let them cool completely. In principle, the dessert is already ready. But I really like chocolate. Therefore, I take the dessert out of the molds and put it on a piece of paper.
Step 7:
I also made chocolate icing to my liking and poured our dessert. Let the glaze freeze and serve with coffee or tea.
Step 8:
The most delicious dessert is ready. Bon appetit!
