    Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath.

    Add honey, pumpkin puree and melted chocolate to the eggs. Punch everything well with a mixer. You can also add cinnamon and ginger.

    Pour into molds and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Sometimes I bake in a cupcake mold. But then increase the baking time to 40 minutes. Dessert will first increase in volume, and then fall off. It is ok.

    We take the molds out of the oven and let them cool completely. In principle, the dessert is already ready. But I really like chocolate. Therefore, I take the dessert out of the molds and put it on a piece of paper.
