Prepare a dough of eggs (6pcs), beaten with 2 stacks. sugar, 4 tbsp.l. honey, 1 tsp. soda, extinguished with vinegar, and 3 stacks. flour. Bake the cakes (2-3 cm.) first on high, and then on moderate heat.
For the cream, whisk 1 kg of sour cream with 1 stack. sugar. Boil the prunes and pass them through a meat grinder (you can cut them into small pieces), and combine with sour cream.
Smear the cakes with cream, decoration to taste (I decorated with coconut and chocolate chips. In the form of "Yin Yang"), you can decorate with glaze: 0.5 stack. milk, 1 stack. sugar, 3 tbsp.l. cocoa. Mix thoroughly and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring all the time. After removing from the heat, add 1 tbsp.l. butter to the glaze.
