Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix almonds with sugar and protein and whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Almond flour can be made by yourself, for this we grind the dried almonds in a blender.
Step 2:
Using a pastry bag, we put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Step 3:
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and leave alone at room temperature for 2 hours.
Step 4:
