Step 1:
Cookies are crushed in any convenient way.
Step 2:
Add powdered sugar, cottage cheese and melted butter to the crushed cookies. Knead a homogeneous dough.
Step 3:
From the resulting dough we form 12-14 balls. We send it to the refrigerator until it hardens.
Step 4:
Meanwhile, melt the milk chocolate.
Step 5:
Put the balls on the cake pops sticks. Preferably, pre-dip the tip of the stick in melted chocolate. And again we put the balls on sticks in the refrigerator until the chocolate solidifies.
Step 6:
Then dip the cake pops entirely in melted chocolate and sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles or coconut shavings. Let the chocolate freeze. That's it, our sweet chocolate cookie cake pops are ready. It remains only to brew tea!
