Cooking method
1. Peel Kohlrabi - remove the peel, cut off the top along with the stem, carefully cut the core through the cut top, the walls of kohlrabi should be about 1 cm thick;
2. Lower the prepared kohlrabi into a saucepan with water, add salt, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and boil for 5 minutes;
3. Put Kohlrabi in a baking dish, pour a little water from the pan where it was cooked, add sour cream to the water and prepare the filling:
4. Cut the brains into small cubes, add finely chopped onion, mix and fry in oil;
5. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped parsley, beaten egg and mix well;
6. Stuff Kohlrabi with the resulting mass, trying to lay out a drawing of brains on top - this is if for Halloween - put a piece of butter on top of the brain;
7. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
