Step 1:
Prepare the dough. Rub the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until the sugar partially dissolves. Add the eggs, mix. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.
Step 2:
Peel the plum from the seeds and cut into quarters.
Step 3:
Grease the mold a little with oil. We put the dough into a mold, level it and make the sides. Sprinkle the dough with ground breadcrumbs. Spread the plum on the dough. Put the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4:

Step 5:
