Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 220°C. It is necessary to cut off the upper and lower parts of the peeled onion. Then cut it in half and split the layers, setting aside the largest for future balls. What remains, cut into cubes. Mix ground beef and diced onion, parsley, mushrooms, sugar, seasonings and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
