Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Take a piece of fish. I had a silver carp. Salt it, pepper it as desired and to taste.
Step 2:
Wrap it in foil and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C. Pull out of the oven, unfold the foil and send it back for 10 minutes.
Step 3:
While the fish is cooking, we prepare the sauce for the fish. Combine honey, mustard, olive oil, mix well.
Step 4:
Take the fish out of the oven and separate the flesh from it in small pieces.
Step 5:
Fill the fish pieces with sauce. Mix everything well.
Step 6:
We cook the nests. We put them in plates, put fish with sauce in the nest and caviar on top. Finita! Bon appetit)
