Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
First of all, don't forget to turn on the oven, everything is cooking very quickly! For sand crumbs, mix wheat flour with diced butter, sugar and salt (this can be done not only with your hands, but also with a blender or combine, I prefer to cook crumbs with your hands, it's very simple and you don't need to wash household appliances afterwards).
Step 2:
Put the sand crumbs on a small baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven to 190-200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
Step 3:
While the dough is baking, prepare the fish. Cut the fish fillets into small cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Grease the baking molds with butter, put the prepared fish on the bottom of each.
Step 4:
Prepare the ingredients for the sauce.
Step 5:
Mix them.
Step 6:
Put the sauce on the prepared fish.
Step 7:
Put the fish molds in the oven to the sand crumbs immediately (it took me exactly 5 minutes after the start of baking the crumbs) for about 8 minutes.
Step 8:
Put the golden crumble in the molds and bake for another 5 minutes.
Step 9:
Garnish the crumble with dill and berries before serving. Finita! Bon appetit!
