1. Dough: grind the flakes into flour. We combine cottage cheese, sugar, flour and egg and knead the dough. It sticks slightly to your hands. We divide it into 2 parts, under 2 bananas.
2. Roll out the dough, not very thinly.
3. Put the banana closer to one of the edges and wrap it in a roll, pinching the edges.
4. Grease the baking sheet with oil. We spread the yummy things and send them to a preheated oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
