Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix everything well
Step 2:
From the beginning, crush the cottage cheese with a fork, stir everything with a spoon, then you can turn on the mixer to completely beat the mass.
Step 3:
Add 2-3 medium bananas (they should be a little unripe with a dense light peel, otherwise they will turn into porridge in the oven in the casserole, and we need banana cubes) cut into a 1 * 1 cm cube and into the casserole, mix with a spoon.
Step 4:
Grease the mold with butter.
Step 5:
We put the form with the casserole and put it in the oven 180 C for 50-60 minutes, depending on the oven (the crust of the casserole should be an appetizing brown color. Bake, then cool directly in the mold.
Step 6:
We serve the finished casserole with sour cream, with condensed milk (whoever likes it).
