Step-by-step cooking
Previously, it was almost impossible to find lasagna sheets in stores and had to prepare the dough by hand. Because of this, I was too lazy to cook lasagna very often. Now such a problem is very rare, so I cook it very often, because I adore Italian cuisine, even in our Russian version.
The recipe for lasagna with spinach has been greatly simplified by using ready-made lasagna sheets, but it is still quite time-consuming.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings, and the tomatoes into cubes.
Fry the onion until completely transparent, add minced meat and tomatoes, salt. Then add the chopped garlic and fry until the liquid has completely evaporated from the pan.
Spinach is thoroughly washed and cut.
Then fry the spinach until it becomes soft.
By the way, you can also use frozen spinach, but I prefer fresh, so I cook this lasagna only in summer.
Beat eggs with cream, salt.
We prepare lasagna sheets according to the instructions on the package.
Pour a little cream into the prepared baking dish, put the lasagna sheets over the entire surface of the bottom.
Then we put half of the total amount of spinach, minced meat, sprinkle with cheese and cover it all with lasagna sheets.
Again we spread spinach, minced meat and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with lasagna sheets and sprinkle cheese on top. Then fill the whole structure with the remains of cream.
Spinach lasagna is baked for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 -200 degrees.
