Cooking method
Preparing the dough for a classic sponge cake
Bake 2 large cakes
Cooking souffle
Soak gelatin in cold boiled water
Whisk mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar
Separately whisk cream with powdered sugar and vanilla
Dissolve gelatin in a water bath
We leave part of the whipped cream for registration
Combine cheese, cream and gelatin dissolved into a homogeneous mass
Sponge cake moistened with cherry juice
We put the bottom layer of the biscuit in a detachable mold, or we build it ourselves
Making cherry jelly
We put the finished souffle on the biscuit in the mold, a banana cut into circles on it, then another souffle, then a seedless cherry, another souffle, tangerine slices on it and another souffle.
Cover with a second layer of sponge cake soaked in cherry juice
Smear with whipped cream
Put the grapes cut in half on top
Fill with cherry jelly
Leave overnight in the cold
Removing the form
Decorate the edges and sides at your discretion
