Step-by-step cooking
Prelude to cooking – turn on the oven, set it to 180 degrees. The oven heats up, and in the meantime we mix the melted butter / margarine with sugar and salt. Stirring, add the jam there.
Let the resulting mass cool down, so that it can be stirred up again, but this time, enriching it with an egg and a glass of kefir. Do not forget to stir so that the ingredients are properly combined.
Finally, the mass for the cake is ready to add flour and walnuts. Pour the first and second into the container, and stir until the victorious end. That is, to a mushy state. So the dough is ready.
We give it the desired shapes, and put it in the oven, the temperature of which is reduced to 160 degrees. To get well-baked cupcakes, it takes from 20 minutes to half an hour, depending on which molds you chose for cupcakes, and their sizes, of course.
