Step-by-step cooking
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
For the dough: beat the eggs with salt and sugar, pour in kefir, add soda and mix. Add flour and knead the dough thoroughly. In consistency, it should be thicker than pancakes, like sponge cake.
For the filling: wash the mushrooms, peel and cut into slices, lightly add salt and pepper. Fry the mushrooms in oil for 5-7 minutes. Pork chop (or any other meat, sausage) cut into strips. Tomatoes and onions in circles. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Since there is a lot of dough, we cook pizza on a baking sheet. We cover it with baking parchment, if your parchment is not oiled enough, then you should thoroughly lubricate it with vegetable oil. I use my favorite non-stick mat instead of paper. Pour out the dough, level it with a spoon, make the middle thinner, "drive away" the dough as the edges, as if forming a rim. We put the filling: mushrooms - shinka - onion - tomatoes. I lightly sprinkled tomatoes with Italian pizza seasoning (you can use your favorite). Sprinkle cheese on top. In principle, before cheese, you can pour pizza with some sauce - mayonnaise, for example. Personally, I don't accept it in pizza, so I never add it. And it doesn't spoil the taste.
Bake the pizza in a preheated 200 gr. oven for no more than 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
It is important to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen. Then the baking will turn out to be airy and will rise well when baking.
How to properly add soda and vinegar to the dough? Soda should be added to dry ingredients (flour, sugar), vinegar to liquid ingredients (water, milk, kefir, sour cream), and slaked soda to the finished dough.
