Lean biscuits on brine from oat flakes without eggs

Oatmeal cookies are loved not only in the post, but also every day! Orthodox fasting is not only fast food, but also a restriction in its quantity. At least, that's what my neighbor claimed. And recently I began to complain that there are not enough cookies at home, I have to bake a baking sheet every day. What about abstinence? - I abstain as much as I can, it's the grandchildren who sweep away all my lean oatmeal cookies, they also require supplements. She treated me, really, very tasty, not only for fasting, but also on a normal day. I wrote down the recipe for this lean cookie and used it on the next weekend. My family were extremely pleased.

Drain a glass of brine from canned tomatoes or cucumbers. Pour it into a deep cup, add oat flakes, granulated sugar, add flour and add vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Extinguish the soda with table vinegar and send it after all the products. Stir again.
Warm up the oven well. Grease a metal baking sheet with any fat and hold it in the oven for a while. Spread the dough on a baking sheet with a wet spoon, trying to keep the distance between the cookies.
Bake over medium heat until the product is browned.
