Softened margarine is rubbed with a fork together with flour. Add sour cream, put the mixture in a bowl and start beating it with a mixer at a slow speed. We pour the flour slowly, but so that it does not fly apart. We will get a steep dough, which is better to immediately divide into seven equal parts. We put all the parts in the refrigerator for about an hour. After we take out and roll each into a thin layer no more than three millimeters in thickness. You can make round layers, you can make rectangular ones. It does not affect the taste of food – only the appearance. Next, you need to cut each layer into smaller sectors. If it is a circle, then it is divided into eight sectors. We put several cherries in each one and wrap it in a bagel. Each "bagel" is coated with an egg and baked in a preheated oven until ready. From ready-made "bagels" we will form a white, festive cake. To do this, we cool the pastries, and prepare the cream ourselves: whisk sour cream with sugar until the latter is completely dissolved. On a dish suitable in shape, we spread layers of bagels, each of which is liberally smeared with cream. The cake in layers will consist of ten, nine, eight, seven and so on bagels. As a result, something like a snow slide will come out - real food for children. The white cake should be soaked during the night, then it will become more juicy, soft.
