Since we are baking a cake in a hurry, no rules apply in its preparation. We run all processes in the order that is convenient for us. The only advice: mix the baking powder with the dough, and beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer.

Warm up the oven to two hundred degrees and put the cake in a round shape to bake until fully cooked. After we take it out, let it cool down and cut the cake into two halves.

Cream: whisk sour cream with sugar until fluffy, then pour in yogurt. Separately, whisk the cream, then mix both masses with each other.

Liberally smear both cakes with cream, decorate the top too – as you please.

Can be grated chocolate or jam, or fresh berries and fruits, or coconut chips, or icing. I have an orange and a kiwi.
