The combination of well-known in Russia for a long time and new products in Russian cuisine generates very interesting culinary recipes. One of them is chocolate porridge in a pot, which I cook like this: I cook rice in milk until ready - first I bring it to a boil, and then immediately reduce the heat. I separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites into a foam in a mixer, and grind the yolks with sugar. When the rice porridge is ready and has already cooled down to a cold state, I put the egg yolks, protein foam and butter there, ground with sugar. All this is thoroughly mixed and laid out in pots with oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs walls. I put the pots in the oven warmed up to 200 C and cook chocolate rice porridge for half an hour. Chocolate rice porridge in pots is simply excellent with sour cream, a spoonful of which I put in each plate. Food can be decorated with powdered sugar. I saw the preparation of this recipe once after visiting a master class of a chef of one of the restaurants of traditional Russian cuisine.
