We take salmon, you can even ice cream, cut into small pieces, add salt. pepper it and put it on a plate to the side for now. Then we go to the mushrooms. You can take any, but I like this dish with champignons the most, so I advise you. I cut it into four parts and cook a little in a frying pan. This is in order to reduce the volume, because then you will see how much to throw into the pot. Onions, cut into rings, it is also desirable to fry a little in butter, so that it would be soft. Put all this in a bowl, pour cream and in a preheated oven for half an hour. But after about twenty minutes, you take out the fish and put hard cheese on top. And then for another ten minutes on the fire. Serve hot.
