Cooking method
For programmers, sandwiches are the most important food. Because it is not very convenient to eat soup while sitting at the computer. And the sandwich lies quietly, and does not touch anyone, does not spill on the keyboard, and you can take a bite out of it at any time without getting your hands dirty.Only bread with sausage and sausage with bread are very annoying. I dedicate this culinary recipe of the original sandwich to all programmers.
Finely chop the walnuts, put them in a dry frying pan and fry over medium heat until they are browned.
Cut the pears, remove the core and cut into thin slices, like sausage for a sandwich. Brie cheese is also thinly sliced. We take four slices of bread, pour an equal amount of walnuts, cheese, pears and cover it all with a piece of salad leaf. Put the remaining bread on top. Preheat the oven and bake the sandwiches until the cheese melts and a golden crust forms on the bread. About ten minutes. We serve it hot.
Brie cheese is difficult to cut, it is a soft kind of cheese. Therefore, after each slice, it is recommended to wash the knife in hot water and wipe it dry.
